From July 03th, 2021 on 1cp-LSD is banned in Germany

The last plenary session before the summer break will be held on 2021-06-25. Past experience has shown that amendments to the NpSG were adopted in the last plenary session before the summer break. Therefore, it can be assumed that this will be similar.
The Expert Committee on Narcotics proposed a number of amendments to the law in its last meeting (No. 53), which took place on 2020-12-07. The federal government generally follows the committee’s proposals.

When does the amendment or law to the NpSG go into effect?
The revision to the NpSG was published today and is thus legally effective on the following day (03.07.2021).
